How to play
Everything you need to host a game night and build your own boards. No account required. Jump straight in.
Hosting a game night
1. Open your board on the big screen
Pick a game from the library (or one of your own from My Games) and open it on the screen everyone can see: a projector, TV, or shared video call. No account or download needed.
2. Set up your teams
Use the score panel on the right to add, rename, or remove teams. You can start with the default two and add more at any point during the game.
3. Pick a card
Teams or players call out a category and point value, like 'Movies for 300'. Click that card on the board to reveal its question.
4. Read, guess, then reveal
Read the question aloud and let teams write down or shout out their answers. When everyone has locked in an answer, click 'Reveal answer' to show the correct one.
5. Award the points
Click the winning team's name under the answer to add the card's points to their score. If nobody got it right, just close the card without awarding points.
6. Restore a mis-picked card
Picked the wrong card by accident? No problem. Used cards stay on the board with a line through them. Just click a used card to bring it back into play.
Creating your own board
1. Start a new board
Click 'Create a Board' and give your game a title and short description. Your boards are saved to your account automatically, so you'll always find them in My Games.
2. Add categories and questions
Add up to six categories and five questions each ($100–$500). Type them in by hand, or click 'Import questions' to upload a spreadsheet, CSV, JSON, PDF, or photo of a question list and fill the board automatically (a CSV template is included). Every question can show a picture for free, and Premium adds YouTube video, audio, and math equation embeds. Premium also unlocks bigger boards (up to 10×10) and custom point values.
3. Choose a cover
Make your board stand out: pick a ready-made cover from the color themes, patterns, and icons, or switch to the Photo tab and search royalty-free stock photos for the perfect look.
4. Publish to the library
Hit Publish and your board joins the public library, ready to play from any device. Premium members can also keep boards private or export them as JSON.
5. Manage your boards
Open My Games to play, edit, or delete your boards at any time. Everything you create is saved to your account automatically.
Premium ($5/month or $39/year, cancel any time) unlocks private boards, bigger boards (up to 10 categories × 10 questions), custom point values, video, audio, and math embeds in questions, and JSON exports. Premium+ adds crossword and word search generators with print-ready answer keys.
