Founding Host Program Terms

We're opening TriviaHall to its first creators. The Founding Host Program rewards early contributors who build boards, get featured, and help shape what TriviaHall becomes.

Below is exactly how it works: no fine print, no surprises.

Anyone with a TriviaHall account can build a board and submit it for consideration. There is no cost to participate and no minimum follower count, audience, or experience required.

You do not need to apply. Building a board automatically enters it into review.

The program has three tiers. Each tier is earned, not applied for. Rewards stack: reaching a higher tier includes everything from the tiers below it.

A board is considered featured when it appears in one of the following places:

• The homepage "Start Here" or "Featured" section
• The Featured tab in the Community Boards area
• Any official TriviaHall email, social post, or promotional placement

Boards that are published but not selected for featured placement do not count toward Tier 2 or Tier 3.

To keep the program fair, the following do not qualify toward tier progression:

• Duplicate or near-duplicate boards
• Boards created solely to game the program (e.g., splitting one board into multiple submissions)
• Boards that violate our content guidelines
• Boards created by accounts later found to be fake, bot-operated, or in violation of our terms

We reserve the right to disqualify any board or account that attempts to manipulate the program.

• You publish a board.
• Our team reviews it, typically within 5 business days.
• If selected, your board is featured and your tier is updated automatically.
• If not selected, your board remains live on your profile and can be resubmitted after edits.

You'll receive an email notification either way. We don't leave creators guessing.

• We can update these terms. If we do, we'll notify active Founding Hosts by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
• We can end the program. If the Founding Host Program is discontinued, all rewards already earned remain honored. No one loses a badge or Premium access they've already been granted.
• We can remove content. If a featured board is later found to violate our content guidelines, we may remove it. This does not automatically revoke tier status, but repeated violations may.
• You keep ownership of your boards. You grant TriviaHall a license to display, promote, and distribute your board on our platform and channels. You can request removal at any time, though removing a featured board may affect your tier status.
